The invention provides an innovative vector propulsion system of a low-altitude airship, aims to provide accurate attitude adjustment and path planning capabilities for the low-altitude airship in a complex space environment, and consists of a plurality of key components, comprising an executing mechanism, a power driving module, a vector rotating mechanism, a propeller connecting mechanism, a detecting module and a propeller control system. The core characteristic of the airship is that adjusted vector thrust can be applied to any direction in a three-dimensional space so as to respond to real-time attitude adjustment and control requirements, so that accurate vertical rising, lateral flying and rotating operation of the airship in a limited space are realized; due to the unique design, the influence of the thrust direction change on the gravity center of the airship is reduced to the maximum extent, and therefore it is ensured that the low-altitude airship keeps the stable posture, and meanwhile fine control is achieved; the system is further integrated with a set of independent control system so as to guarantee accurate output of thrust angles, meanwhile, the overall structure is light and handy, the system particularly meets the requirements of low-altitude small airships, and the maneuverability and adaptability of the system in a narrow space are enhanced.
