The bionic frog robot is tightly matched with the crawler through the lock catch device and advances continuously, the situation that the inspection range is limited due to the fact that the crawler cannot cross obstacles can be avoided, the inspection capacity is improved, the inspection range is expanded, and the bionic frog robot can be well suitable for complex environment sites of an underground coal mine.
本发明公开了一种煤矿井下监测用仿生青蛙巡检平台及其工作方法,平台包括仿生青蛙机器人、履带车,仿生青蛙机器人通过锁扣装置安装于履带车上,履带车上设有电源开关和主控制系统,履带车的前部安装有巷道摄像单元;仿生青蛙机器人包括头部主体、上肢主体、下肢主体、传感单元、仿生青蛙机器人控制系统、储能单元,上肢主体和下肢主体铰接构成蛙腿蛙身结构,储能单元安装于两者的铰接处,头部主体安装于上肢主体的前侧,传感单元安装于头部主体前侧。仿生青蛙机器人与履带车通过锁扣装置紧密配合,接续前进,可以避免因履带车无法越障而导致巡检范围受限,进而提高巡检能力,扩大检查范围,能够很好的适用于煤矿井下的复杂环境现场。
