The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft design, and particularly relates to a method and a device for determining the dynamic influence correction of a resistance coefficient of a transport plane, which are applied to a lower surface blowing flap dynamic high-lift transport plane. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a resistance coefficient increment generated by streaming of a jet flap; s2, determining a resistance coefficient increment converted from the thrust loss; and S3, determining that the resistance coefficient dynamic influence correction is the sum of the resistance coefficient increment generated by streaming of the jet flap and the resistance coefficient increment converted from the thrust loss. According to the method, the dynamic influence correction of the take-off and landing configuration resistance coefficient of the lower surface blowing flap dynamic high-lift conveyor can be quickly and accurately calculated.
