When the wheel reverses when encountering resistance, namely, the motor is not started at the moment, but the wheel rotates due to force majeure factors, generated torque can be fed back to the cycloidal pin wheel, if no locking assembly exists, the torque generated when the wheel reverses when encountering resistance can act on the belt wheel through the cycloidal pin wheel and is finally fed back to the steering wheel, and potential safety hazards are caused. The cycloidal-pin wheel input shaft abuts against the locking round body to generate tangential torque, the locking round body abuts against the locking shell to generate friction torque, and due to the fact that the tangential torque is smaller than the friction torque, the locking effect is generated.
本发明公开了轮边转向减速机构,电机输出端通过同步带带动带轮转动,带轮带动摆线针轮转动,进而通过转向臂带动车轮转向,带轮与摆线针轮组成的两级减速机构,不但传动效率更高,体积更下,而且传动间隙较小,具有更大的输出扭矩,车轮遇阻逆转时,即电机此时并没有启动,但是车轮被不可抗力因素导致转动,产生的力矩会反馈到摆线针轮上,若没有锁止组件,车轮遇阻逆转的力矩会通过摆线针轮作用到带轮,最终反馈到方向盘上,带来安全隐患,因此车轮遇阻逆转时,摆线针轮输入轴抵靠锁止圆体产生切向力矩,锁止圆体抵靠锁止壳体产生摩擦力矩,由于切向力矩小于所述摩擦力矩,产生锁止效果。
