The invention discloses a pantograph valve plate program upgrading and state monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: accessing a maintenance tool through a switch so as to establish network connection with a pantograph valve plate, and recording and monitoring an operator and an operation instruction of the maintenance tool through a vehicle network; a program upgrading instruction and an application program needing to be upgraded can be sent to the valve plate through the vehicle authorization port, and the pantograph valve plate is operated to conduct program upgrading operation. Maintenance personnel can carry out maintenance operation conveniently, the maintenance personnel and maintenance operation instructions can be recorded by a vehicle network, and management and fault tracing are facilitated; when the program version of the pantograph valve plate needs to be updated, a user can directly operate through a vehicle authorization port.

    本发明公开了一种受电弓阀板程序升级及状态监测方法,通过交换机访问维护工具,从而与受电弓阀板建立网络连接,通过车辆网络对维护工具的操作人员、操作指令进行记录、监控;也可以通过车辆授权端口向阀板发送程序升级指令及需升级的应用程序,操作受电弓阀板进行程序升级操作。该发明能够方便维护人员进行维护操作,且维护人员和维护操作指令都可以被车辆网络记录,方便管理及故障溯源;当受电弓阀板程序版本需要更新时,用户可直接通过车辆授权端口进行操作。
