PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a thickness of an impact absorption member in an interior-exterior direction of a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an impact absorption structure of a vehicle door 10. The vehicle door 10 includes: a door inner panel 13 having a service hole 17; a door trim 20 covering the door inner panel 13 from the vehicle cabin interior side; and a shock absorption member 40 attached to the door inner panel 13 and covering the service hole 17. The shock absorption member 40 includes an impact absorption part 50 inserted into the service hole 17. In the impact absorption part 50, a vehicle cabin outer side end part 54 is disposed at a vehicle cabin outer side of the service hole 17, and a vehicle cabin inner side end part 55 is disposed between the door inner panel 13 and the door trim 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
