To reduce cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: A plurality of fiber bundles 30 are disposed to form a fragile part 15 in such a manner that a ratio occupied by a low strength part 32 becomes equal to or more than a ratio occupied by a general part forming part 31, and to form a general part 14 in such a manner that the ratio occupied by the general part forming part 31 becomes larger than the ratio occupied by the low strength part 32. Thus, a fiber structure 20 consisting of fiber bundles 30 is formed, thereby manufacturing an impact absorption structure as a result. Therefore, when manufacturing the impact absorption structure, it is not necessary to separately manufacture the fiber structure 20 forming the general part 14 and the fiber structure 20 forming the fragile part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】製造コストを低減すること。【解決手段】複数の繊維束30が、低強度部32の占める割合が一般部形成部31の占める割合以上となるように脆弱部15を形成し、且つ、一般部形成部31の占める割合が低強度部32の占める割合よりも大きくなるように一般部14を形成すべく配置される。これにより、繊維束30からなる繊維構造体20が形成され、ひいては衝撃吸収構造体が製造される。したがって、衝撃吸収構造体を製造する際に、一般部14を形成する繊維構造体20と、脆弱部15を形成する繊維構造体20と、をそれぞれ別々に製造する必要が無い。【選択図】図3
