PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device which enables a vehicle mounted with automatic drive control to safely perform automatic operation of a predetermined drive operation at a driver's direction under a predetermined condition.SOLUTION: A drive control device 1 comprises: an automatic drive control section 4; a line of sight detection section 5 which detects movement of driver's eyes; a database 9 which stores time-series data of the movement of the driver's eyes in association with drive operation; and a noteworthy behavior detection section 6 which checks the movement of the driver's eyes detected by the line of sight detection section 5 against the time-series data thereof stored in the database 9 and determines whether or not a driver moves eyes thereof in a manner that corresponds to the drive operation. When the driver inputs an instruction to start a predetermined drive operation, the noteworthy behavior detection section 6 determines whether or not the driver moves the eyes thereof in a manner that corresponds to the drive operation before inputting the instruction. Then, the automatic drive control section 4 performs the predetermined drive operation under a condition that the movement of driver's eyes is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自動運転制御を行う車両において、所定の場合に、ドライバの指示によって、安全に、所定の運転動作の自動運転を行わせることができる運転制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】運転制御装置1は、自動運転制御部4と、ドライバの視線を検知する視線検知部5と、運転動作に関連付けて視線の時系列データを記憶したデータベース9と、視線検知部5で検知したドライバの視線の動きと、データベース9に記憶された視線の時系列データとを照合して、ドライバが運転動作に関連付けられた視線の動きを行ったか否かを判定する注意行動検知部6とを備え、ドライバから所定の運転動作の開始の指示が入力されたときに、注意行動検知部6が、指示の入力前に所定の運転動作に関連付けられた視線の動きを行ったか否かを判定し、当該視線の動きを検知したことを条件として、自動運転制御部4は所定の運転動作を行う。【選択図】図1
