PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing stress concentration caused by torsion, in a circular tube material of a SUSPENSION DEVICE into which a load is input from a wheel side.SOLUTION: A load is input into a circular tube member 12 such as an axle beam from a wheel side. A first hole part 24a is formed by having four approximately-linear sides on an outer peripheral surface of the circular tube member 12, and has a pair of two parallel sides. The first hole part 24a is formed in a shape in which an opposed direction of the two parallel sides on one side is inclined with respect to a horizontal direction of a vehicle and in which the opposed direction of the two parallel sides on one side and an opposed direction of the two parallel sides on other side are orthogonal to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
