PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle including a lean mechanism which can extend a travelable distance of the vehicle after residual capacity of a battery becomes equal to or less than a prescribed threshold.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle including a lean mechanism includes: a motor for electrically-driven drive wheels which generates driving force to rotate drive wheels of a plurality of wheels for supporting a vehicle body; a lean mechanism 25 which is capable of inclining the vehicle body relatively to the wheels in a front view; a motor 27 for an electrically-driven lean mechanism to be a driving source so as to operate the lean mechanism; switching means 35 which switches the lean mechanism to an operable state in which the vehicle body can be inclined and an inoperable state in which the vehicle body cannot be inclined; a battery 43 which is capable of supplying power to the motor for the drive wheels and the motor for the lean mechanism; and a control section 40 which controls the switching means so as to maintain the lean mechanism in the inoperable state and inhibit power supply from the battery to the motor for the lean mechanism when residual capacity of the battery becomes equal to or less than a prescribed threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
