To provide a damping structure of a power transmission device which enables reduction of vibration occurring in a vehicle body with a transmission shaft.SOLUTION: A damping structure of a power transmission device includes: a transmission case which is formed with oil filling an interior thereof; an output shaft which is disposed at an interior of the transmission case and rotates by power of an engine being transmitted thereto; and a transmission shaft which has an insertion part which is inserted into the transmission case and engages with the output shaft to cause rotation to be transmitted thereto.
