To provide an RFID module that can improve adhesion between an antenna and a coating layer that covers the antenna while preventing corrosion of the antenna included in the RFID module and improve communication of the RFID module, and a pneumatic tire with the RFID module embedded.SOLUTION: An RFID module includes: an IC substrate 21 that stores data; an antenna 22 that transmits and receives data and has a plating layer on a surface; and a coating layer 23 that covers the antenna 22 so that it comes into direct contact with the plating layer. The coating layer 23 contains a coupling agent. The relative permittivity of the coating layer 23 is 7 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
