To provide an RFID module that can improve the durability of the RFID module while ensuring communication of the RFID module, and a pneumatic tire with the RFID module embedded.SOLUTION: An RFID module includes: an IC substrate 21 that stores data; an antenna 22 that transmits and receives data; and a coating layer 23 that covers the antenna 22.
