To make it possible to measure mooring force underwater over a long period of time by solving problems at once of a conventional method for measuring tension with a sensor installed on a mooring rope.SOLUTION: In a mooring force measuring method, there are provided: a mooring rope 5 extending between a floating body 4 of a floating body type offshore wind power generation facility 1 and the sea bottom; and shape measurement means 20 for measuring a shape of the mooring rope 5. The shape of the mooring rope 5 is measured by the shape measurement means 20, and tension acting on the mooring rope 5 is estimated from the shape of the mooring rope 5. Either an underwater positioning device or an underwater sound prove device for grasping the shape of an underwater structure using sound waves is used as the shape measurement means 20, the underwater positioning device being composed of a plurality of transponders 21 fixed with space in between along the mooring rope 5 and a transceiver 22 fixed on the floating body 4 for transmitting and receiving sound waves between the transponders 21 and itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】係留索にセンサを設置して張力を計測する従来の方法の問題を一挙に解決でき、水中で長期間に亘って係留力が計測できるようにする。【解決手段】浮体式洋上風力発電設備1の浮体4と海底との間に延びる係留索5と、前記係留索5の形状を計測する形状計測手段20とを備え、前記形状計測手段20によって前記係留索5の形状を計測し、この係留索5の形状から前記係留索5に作用する張力を推定する。前記形状計測手段20として、前記係留索5に沿って間隔を空けて固定された複数のトランスポンダ21と、前記トランスポンダ21との間で音波の送受信を行う前記浮体4に固定されたトランシーバ22とからなる水中測位装置、又は音波により水中構造物の形状を把握する水中音響探査装置を用いる。【選択図】図1
