The present invention relates to a method to control cooperation of an integrated chassis system applied to a vehicle. According to the present invention, when a controller determines turning of a vehicle with road surface input, an electronic control suspension (ECS)/active roll control system (ARS) cooperation mode of limiting actuator force generated in a control direction reducing road surface input of the ECS (3) while maintaining actuator force of an ARS (5) in a control direction reducing a rolling angle. On the other hand, when the controller determines turning without the road surface input, an ECS/ARS independent mode of not changing the control direction of the ARS (5) and the ECS (3) is performed. Accordingly, response delay of an actuator in the ARS (5) is prevented by limitation of a damping control amount of ECS (3) in a road surface input turning condition in which the control directions of the ECS (3) and the ARS (5) are conflicted and, as a result, riding comfort is prevented from being lowered due to the response delay of the actuator in the ARS (5) even if a vehicle (1) is turned on a road surface (100) with a road surface protrusion (100-1).

    본 발명의 차량에 적용된 통합샤시 시스템 협조제어 방법은 제어기에 의해 노면 입력이 있는 차량 선회를 판단한 경우 ARS(Active Roll Control System)(5)의 액추에이터 힘을 롤 각이 줄어드는 제어 방향으로 유지하면서 ECS(Electronic Control Suspension)(3)의 노면입력을 줄이는 제어 방향으로 발생되는 액추에이터 힘이 제한되는 ECS/ARS 협조모드롤 수행하고, 반면 노면 입력이 없는 선회로 판단한 경우 ARS(5)의 제어 방향과 ECS(3)의 제어 방향이 변화되지 않는 ECS/ARS 독립모드를 수행함으로써 ECS(3)와 ARS(5)의 제어방향이 상충되는 노면 입력 선회조건 시 ECS(3)의 댐핑 제어량 제한으로 ARS(5)의 액추에이터 응답 지연을 방지하고, 그 결과 차량(1)이 노면돌기(100-1)를 갖는 노면(100)을 선회하더라도 ARS(5)의 액추에이터 응답 지연으로 인한 선회 승차감 저하가 방지되는 특징을 갖는다.
