본 발명은 몸체프레임에 설치되는 복수의 다리부를 구동시키기 위한 구동부의 각 회전기어가 상기 몸체프레임의 상면에 회전 가능하게 설치되면서 상기 몸체프레임의 길이 방향을 따라 두 열로 배치되도록 이루어지며, 제1열 회전기어들은 제1열 구동모터의 구동에 의해 정역 회전 또는, 정지되고, 제2열 회전기어들은 제2열 구동모터의 구동에 의해 정역 회전 또는, 정지됨을 특징으로 한다. 이로써 다족 보행장치는 전후 이동뿐 아니라 방향 전환도 가능한 3차원적인 보행 패턴을 만들어낼 수 있게 된다.

    According to the present invention, respective rotation gears of driving units for driving a plurality of leg portions installed on a body frame are rotatably installed on the upper surface of the body frame and are arranged in two columns in the lengthwise direction of the body frame, and the rotation gears in a first column are forward/reverse rotated or stopped by the driving of driving motors in the first column and the rotation gears in a second column are forward/reverse rotated or stopped by the driving of driving motors in the second column. As such, a multi-legged walking apparatus can make a three-dimensional walking pattern capable of switching directions, as well as moving forward and backward.
