Research on a composite robot that integrates multiple functions. Amphibious motion unit with waterways. Ability to dig and shovel to transport fertilizer and pick cash crops. In this paper, a threaded propulsion wheel is used to increase the flexibility and amphibious capability of the device. Simulation of a threaded propeller wheel using FLUENT simulation. Combined with the Reynolds Stress Model (RSM), numerical simulations of two-phase flow of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids were performed for the threaded propeller before and after optimization. After analysis, an agricultural robot suitable for small and complex environments was obtained.
