This study, conducted by Wilbur Smith Associates, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report shows the results of a feasibility study done for the implementation of a high speed rail system linking Bangkok, the Second Bangkok International Airport and the developing cities of the Eastern Seaboard.
