This study, conducted by Wilbur Smith Associates, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report shows the results of a feasibility study done for the implementation of a high speed rail system linking Bangkok, the Second Bangkok International Airport and the developing cities of the Eastern Seaboard. The report contains the requirements involved in the development of the project including performance specifications, financial considerations, and guidelines for private participation.
