The action consists of construction of a one-story general industrial-type building with a two-story office wing. The facility should have a favorable effect on the aesthetics of the site, and assure high quality mail service. Adverse environmental impacts of the project are the increase in automotive traffic resulting from the operation of the new facility, and the loss of four large palm trees.
