InManipulators \b this chapter a brief overview of the main features of small size manipulator arms is presented. These type of arms are in general of limited dimensions and mass and suited to be accommodated in bound spaces or installed as servicing arms onboard moving platforms or landers and rovers. Therefore these arms can find applications in very diverse extra-terrestrial environment from inside of modules, outer space or planetary surfaces.
