Delaware and Hudson's car department has refitted wreck train at Oneonta, NY, and equipped it with tools and accessories needed for all conceivable wrecking and fire fighting emergencies; in arranging facilities in cars, care and originality were exercised to facilitate getting them to point of need quickly; 250-ton crane added to train has capacity to make lifts of 220,000 lb at 28-ft radius; illustrated description of train.
