The invention provides a switchable two-stage cascade energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system for a ship. The switchable two-stage cascade energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system for the ship comprises a high-temperature-stage refrigeration system, a low-temperature-stage refrigeration system, a high-temperature-stage air cooler hot fluorine defrosting system and a low-temperature-stage air cooler hot fluorine defrosting system. The high-temperature-stage air cooler hot fluorine defrosting system comprises a high-temperature-stage compressor, an exit of the high-temperature-stage compressor is divided into two paths by a first oil separator, and the second path is connected with an air suction opening of the high-temperature-stage compressor after passing through a first electromagnetic valve, a high-temperature-stage air cooler, a third electromagnetic valve, a first pressure reducing valve, a first air-liquid separator, a first one-way valve and a first heat regenerator; the low-temperature-stage air cooler hot fluorine defrosting system comprises a low-temperature-stage compressor, an exit of the low-temperature-stage compressor is divided into two paths by a precooler and a second oil separator, and the second path is connected with an air suction opening of the low-temperature-stage compressor after passing through an eighth electromagnetic valve, a low-temperature-stage air cooler, a sixth electromagnetic valve, a second pressure reducing valve, a second air-liquid separator, a third one-way valve and a second heat regenerator. The switchable two-stage cascade energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system for the ship has remarkable effects of large refrigeration area, high cooling speed, good energy saving effect and completeness in defrosting.
