The invention discloses an anti-noise type satellite positioning data-based method for identifying vehicle violation behaviors. The method comprises the steps of based on satellite positioning data uploaded by a vehicle-mounted terminal, and reference determination data pre-stored in a monitoring center system database, including the geographic coordinate information of a projected route, segmented speed limit values and the like, comparing the satellite positioning coordinates of a vehicle driving position with the geographic coordinate information of the projected route to obtain a spherical distance value, so as to judge and count up the behaviors of a vehicle in deviation from the projected route, and comparing the real-time speed of the vehicle, the speed-limit information of the current segment, a speed limit information, a point-to-point spherical distance, a violation threshold and the like to judge and count up the violation and over-speed behaviors of the vehicle. Compared with existing algorithms, the above algorithm is better in anti-interference performance for the noises of satellite positioning data generated due to location drift and can shield noise points. Meanwhile, the identifying accuracy of the method for behaviors in deviation from the projected route and real-time over-speed behaviors is improved.
