The invention discloses an outdoor closed type high-speed train ice melting and snow removing system which comprises a concave groove maintaining structure, a linear segment closing device, an arc line closing device, a hot air heating device and a water collection and drainage groove. The concave groove maintaining structure, the linear segment closing device, the arc line closing device and the bottom of a high-speed train form a closed outdoor space jointly. The outdoor closed type high-speed train ice melting and snow removing system has the advantages that only the closed space at the bottom of the train is heated, the temperature of air inside the closed space is rapidly increased and kept from 45 DEG C to 60 DEG C, and the ice melting time can be shortened. Compared with a whole compartment interior large-space whole warming, ice melting and snow removing way, needed heating energy consumption is greatly reduced, the effective utilization rate of heat energy is improved, and the operation cost is reduced; adverse influences of high-temperature environment needed by ice melting on other operations of a large compartment can be avoided.
