The invention relates to a bus travel response system based on CV (connected vehicle) technologies. The bus travel response system is characterized in that a vehicle-road collaborative environment subsystem of the system comprises a vehicle-mounted unit and roadside equipment, thereby providing a necessary software and hardware environment for system implementation; a passenger travel response subsystem comprises a station terminal and a vehicle-mounted terminal, and is used for providing travel requirements by a passenger; and a driver auxiliary subsystem is composed of a control module and driving decision making assistant information publishing equipment, and is used for assisting a driver to make decisions and providing a basis for formulating a vehicle driving route. The bus travel response system has a function that a service area is expanded according to requirements, can enable a vehicle to drive on an auxiliary road according to requirements of passengers, changes a public transport service mode into variable routes from fixed routes, and meets travel requirements of irregular travelling passengers in some regions, thereby expanding the service range of bus route services, reducing fixed bus routes of an area, saving social resources, and being capable of bringing significant energy conservation and emission reduction effects.
