The invention discloses a hoisting self-elevating type cylindrical pile leg hanging beam. The hoisting self-elevating type cylindrical pile leg hanging beam comprises steel pipes; the steel pipes comprise the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe; the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe are parallel to each other; the ends, in the length direction, of the steel pipes are rigidly connected through a high-intensity steel board to form the U-shaped hanging beam; hanging lugs are welded to the two ends of the first steel pipe in the length direction; the hanging lugs are welded to the side, away from the second steel pipe, of the outer surface of the first steel pipe. Safety is improved, working efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, and maintenance is convenient.
