The invention relates to a cylindrical pile leg hoisting method, which adopts a hoisting device, the hoisting device comprises a cylindrical main body, one end of the main body is provided with a fixed limit, the other end of the main body is provided with an adjustable limit, and the fixed limit and the adjustable limit are respectively provided with a rope groove for installing a hoisting rigging; one end of the main body, which is provided with the adjustable limiting part, is also provided with a positioning pin for preventing the adjustable limiting part from falling off from the main body; during hoisting, the hoisting device body penetrates through a bolt hole of the pile leg, the rope grooves are located in the two sides of the pile leg, and the hoisting rigging winds around the rope grooves in the two sides of the pile leg. By means of the hoisting device, tire-free hoisting, turning over and carrying of the pile leg can be achieved, and replacement of a hoisting tool is not needed any more; in addition, by using the hoisting device, abrasion to paint on the surface of the pile leg in the hoisting process is avoided, and meanwhile deformation of the shape roundness of the pile leg due to external force is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种圆柱形桩腿吊装方法,该方法借助吊装装置,吊装装置包括柱形的主体,主体的一端设有固定限位,主体的另外一端设有活络限位,固定限位和活络限位上分别设有用以起重索具安装的绳槽;活络限位活动套设设在主体外部,主体安装活络限位的一端还设有用以防止活络限位从主体脱落的定位销;吊装时将吊装装置主体穿过桩腿的插销孔,绳槽位于桩腿的两侧,起重索具从桩腿两侧的绳槽绕过。本发明通过吊装装置可以实现对桩腿的脱胎吊运、翻身、搭载,无需再进行吊具的更换;另外吊装装置的使用避免了吊装过程中对桩腿表面的油漆的磨损,同时也避免桩腿外形的圆度因外力而发生的变形。
