The optical fiber self-consumption type laser micro-propulsion system comprises a control unit, a laser device, a focusing lens and an optical fiber which are sequentially connected. A propulsion substance layer is arranged at the tail end of theoptical fiber, lasers emitted by the laser device are focused and transmitted to the input end of the optical fiber through the focusing lens, the lasers are transmitted to the propulsion substance layer at the tail end through the optical fiber, so that a propulsion substance is ionized, an ionized layer is generated, and then a thrust effect in the reverse direction is generated. The system usesthe energy transmission optical fiber as a working medium, no propulsion substance needs to be prepared separately, and optical fiber energy transmission facilitates laser transmission and benefits the system layout.
