The embodiment of the invention discloses a laser micro-propulsion system, method and device. The system comprises a central control module and a plurality of thrust modules. The central control module comprises a laser light source and a controller, and a propelling working medium is arranged in the thrust module; the controller is used for determining a target module from the multiple thrust modules and controlling the laser light source to ablate a propelling working medium in the target module so as to provide thrust through the target module. It can be seen that the system comprises the central control module and the multiple thrust modules, the working states of the multiple thrust modules can be controlled through the central control module, specifically, the target module where the thrust direction is located can be determined through the central control module, the laser is controlled to ablate a propelling working medium in the target module, and the thrust direction of the target module is controlled. Compared with a plurality of laser micro-thrusters comprising the central control modules and the thrust modules which are in one-to-one correspondence, the laser micro-thruster provided by the invention is smaller in size and weight.
