The invention provides a high-precision adjusting structure under a large-load working condition. The high-precision adjusting structure comprises lifting adjusting mechanisms and hydraulic cylinders.The multiple lifting adjusting mechanisms are fixedly connected to a plurality of places on the two sides of an array element. The multiple hydraulic cylinders are connected with the array element and the multiple lifting adjusting mechanisms. The lifting adjusting mechanisms are used for adjusting the surface posture of the array element. The hydraulic cylinders are used for supporting the weight of the array element, and releasing the lifting adjusting mechanisms from the locked state. According to the high-precision adjusting structure, weight carrying of the array element is achieved through the hydraulic devices, adjustment of position and posture of the array element in the loaded state is completed by the lifting adjusting mechanisms (the adjustment precision is +/-0.2mm), and high-precision adjustment and control of the overall surface form spliced by the array elements under the large-load working condition can be achieved.

    本发明提出一种大载荷工况下高精度调整结构,包括升降调整机构和液压缸。多个升降调整机构固定连接到阵元两侧的多个位置;多个液压缸与阵元以及多个升降调整机构连接;升降调整机构用于调整阵元的表面姿态,液压缸用于支撑阵元的重量,解除升降调整机构的锁死状态。本发明采用液压装置实现阵元的重力承载,通过升降调整机构完成带载状态下阵元位置和姿态的调整(调整精度为±0.2mm),能够实现大载荷工况下阵元拼接的整体面型的高精度调控。
