Compared with the prior art, the problem that current flows back to the bus in the switching process from the ASC state to the FW state can be avoided, soft switching from the ASC state to the FW state is achieved, and the function of protecting high-voltage electric appliances is achieved.
本发明涉及一种高压抛负载工况下高压用电器保护方法及系统,方法步骤包括:当检测到母线电压的过压信号,进行硬件ASC保护并将ASC状态锁存;进入硬件ASC保护后,对电机转速进行判断;若转速大于等于转速阈值,且硬件过压已经解除,则解除ASC状态锁存,并切换至软件ASC控制;若转速小于转速阈值,且硬件过压已经解除,则解除ASC状态锁存,并切换至PWM电压控制,将三相电流控制到0A附近;当PWM电压控制执行时间超过执行时间阈值,执行FW控制。与现有技术相比,本发明能够避免在从ASC到FW状态切换过程中出现电流回灌母线的问题,实现从ASC到FW控制的软切换,达到保护高压用电器的功能。
