The invention provides a soft crawling robot comprising a body. The soft crawling robot is characterized in that a middle closed air cavity is formed in the middle in the body; a left closed air cavity is formed in the left side in the body; a right closed air cavity is formed in the right side in the body; a plurality of upper arc-shaped airbags are equidistantly arranged on the upper side surface of the body; the upper arc-shaped airbags are connected with the middle closed air cavity; a plurality of left arc-shaped air bags are arranged on the surface of the left side of the body at equal intervals and connected with the left closed air cavity, a plurality of right arc-shaped air bags are arranged on the surface of the right side of the body at equal intervals and connected with the right closed air cavity, and friction blocks are connected to the front end and the rear end of the body. The middle closed air cavity inflates or deflates the upper arc-shaped air bags to enable the body to bend forwards, the left closed air cavity inflates or deflates the left arc-shaped air bags to enable the body to bend rightwards, the right closed air cavity inflates or deflates the right arc-shaped air bags to enable the body to bend leftwards. The structure is simple, and use is convenient.
