The invention provides hydropower station large-gradient flow channel maintenance operation equipment and a using method thereof. The equipment is characterized in that a maintenance platform is suspended at the suspension end of a movable maintenance suspension device; the maintenance platform is of an extendable platform structure and comprises a main suspension shaft, the main suspension shaftis fixedly mounted at the top of a fixed platform, extendable shafts are mounted at the two ends of the main suspension shaft through extendable driving mechanisms, and the two ends of each extendableshaft are connected with extendable movable platforms correspondingly; and the extendable movable platforms are in sliding fit with the fixed platform, the outer end surfaces of the extendable movable platforms are matched and supported with the center of a large roller through a suspension shaft and a flange plate, and the main suspension shaft is connected with a steel wire rope of the movablemaintenance suspension device through a hoisting structure. The equipment comprises the maintenance platform and lifting traction equipment, so that the work amount of erection of the maintenance platform is reduced, a flow channel bottom plate is protected, manpower and material resources are saved, the change of the gradient and width of the flow channel can be adapted, and the automation degreeis high.

    本发明提供了水电站大坡度流道检修作业装备及使用方法,检修平台悬挂在移动检修悬挂装置的悬吊端;所述检修平台采用伸缩平台结构,包括主悬挂轴,所述主悬挂轴固定安装在固定平台的顶部,所述主悬挂轴的两端通过伸缩驱动机构安装有伸缩轴,所述伸缩轴的两端分别与可伸缩活动平台相连,所述可伸缩活动平台与固定平台构成滑动配合,所述可伸缩活动平台的外端面通过悬挂轴以及法兰盘与大滚轮的中心配合支撑,所述主悬挂轴通过吊装结构与移动检修悬挂装置的钢丝绳相连,该装备包含了检修平台以及升降牵引装备,减少了检修平台搭设的工程量,且保护了流道底板,节省人力物力,能够适应流道坡度和宽度的变化,自动化程度高。
