The invention discloses a bionic cuttlefish cross-medium aircraft with two propelling modes. The bionic cuttlefish cross-medium aircraft with the two propelling modes comprises an outer shell which ishollow, wherein the outer shell is provided with propelling outlet hole; wings which are arranged at the outer part of the outer shell; an empennage which is arranged at one end of the outer part ofthe outer shell; a gas source; a propelling system which is arranged in the outer shell and connected with an air source, wherein the propelling system comprises a propelling device and a drainage pipeline, the propelling device comprises a propelling device shell and propelling device liquid in the propelling device shell, a water outlet hole and an air inlet hole are formed in the propelling device shell, the air inlet hole is connected with the air source, the water outlet hole is communicated with one end of a drainage pipeline, and the other end of the drainage pipeline penetrates throughthe propelling water outlet hole. According to the cross-medium aircraft, a high-pressure gas water spraying propulsion scheme is adopted, so the robot can fly in the air from underwater high-speed water outlet, and extremely high propulsion efficiency is achieved.
