The method specifically comprises the following steps: establishing an actually carried dock three-dimensional coordinate system associated with a ship theoretical three-dimensional coordinate system; carrying out segmented allowance-free construction; carrying out comparing and analysis on a segmented three-dimensional design model and actually measured segmented three-dimensional data, and rectifying problem data; associating the segmented theoretical three-dimensional coordinate system with the segmented actual measurement three-dimensional coordinate system; importing the rectified data into DACS software for simulation carrying analysis, and processing closure allowance and structure involution dislocation in advance; and carrying out actual carrying according to the three-dimensional carrying positioning data. By applying the dock three-dimensional coordinate system, the purposes of rapid carrying and lean shipbuilding are achieved. The invention further provides a one-time ship moving positioning method, the dock three-dimensional coordinate system is used for collecting related data and performing guiding to complete one-time ship moving positioning pier setting, operation is easy, and the period is short.
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,提供一种可快速搭载的造船方法,具体包括如下步骤:建立实际搭载的船坞三维坐标系;船舶理论三维坐标系与搭载的船坞三维坐标系相关联;进行分段无余量建造;将分段三维设计模型与实测分段三维数据对比分析,对问题数据进行整改;分段理论三维坐标系与分段实测三维坐标系相关联;将整改好的数据导入DACS软件中进行模拟搭载分析,提前处理合拢口余量和结构对合错位;根据三维搭载定位数据进行实际搭载。本发明通过运用船坞三维坐标系,达到了快速搭载、精益造船的目的。本发明还提供一种船舶一次移船定位方法,利用船坞三维坐标系收集相关数据并指导完成一次移船定位坐墩,操作简单,周期短。
