The invention provides a crane operating mechanism. The mechanism comprises electric wheels, wheel side brakes, a hydraulic station, a wheel frame and an electric control system; the electric wheels are deformation bodies of outer rotor rare earth permanent magnet motors; multiple rare earth permanent magnets are fixed on the inner circle surfaces of wheel bodies through a mechanical method to form outer rotors of the motors; wheel axles, fixing frames, iron cores and windings form stators of the motors; and the outer rotors and the stators are connected through high-strength bolt pairs, end covers and rolling bearings. According to the mechanism, a power supply is switched on, and the wheel bodies rotate around the wheel axles to drive a crane to operate; the electric wheels have low rotating speed and large torque performance; the electric control system involves a PLC control system, an energy feedback device and electric wheel drying and speed regulating functions; the wheel side brakes arranged on the electric wheels can be used as working brakes and safety brakes; electrical speed regulation and energy feedback functions are combined; and multi-stage braking, non-impact braking and accurate positioning are achieved.

    本发明提出了一种起重机运行机构,包括:电动车轮、轮边制动器、液压站、车轮架和电气控制系统。电动车轮是一个外转子稀土永磁电动机的变形体:多片稀土永磁体用机械方法固定于车轮体内圆表面,构成电动机的外转子;车轮轴与固定架、铁芯、绕组,构成电动机的定子;通过高强度螺栓副、端盖和滚动轴承将外转子和定子连接起来;接通电源,车轮体绕车轮轴做旋转运动,带动起重机运行;电动车轮具有低转速、大扭矩性能。电气控制系统包含PLC控制系统、能量回馈装置、电动车轮烘干和调速功能。给电动车轮配置的轮边制动器,既当做工作制动器使用,又当做安全制动器使用;结合电气调速和能量回馈功能;做到多级制动、无冲击制动,准确定位。
