The invention discloses a material cart capable of automatically adjusting balance and extinguishing fire. The material cart comprises a machine body shell, wherein a material support plate is arranged on the machine body shell, a transmission cavity shell is arranged in the machine body shell, a transmission cavity is arranged in the transmission cavity shell, and a balance auxiliary device is arranged in the transmission cavity. According to a belt transmission principle and a gear transmission principle, ingenious mechanical movement is achieved through a special sliding groove, so that fastening and balance adjustment are conducted on materials, unpredictable economic losses caused by inclination of the materials are prevented, besides, emergency type fire extinguishing treatment is further designed, rapid and effective fire extinguishing can be achieved when the materials are on fire, more serious accidents caused by fire disasters of the materials are prevented, potential safetyhazards are eradicated, and the body safety and property safety of workers are protected.
