The invention discloses a high-integration brake-by-wire pressure buildup mechanism for an unmanned vehicle. The high-integration brake-by-wire pressure buildup mechanism comprises a brake pedal, a brake push rod, a wheel disc motor, a hydraulic pump and an oil can. The brake pedal is installed at one end of the brake push rod, the other end of the brake push rod is connected with one end of the return spring, and the other end of the return spring is installed on the spring seat. A gear I is arranged on an output shaft of the wheel disc motor and is meshed with a rack I on the brake push rod;a gear II is arranged on a rotating shaft of the hydraulic pump; the gear II is meshed with a rack II on the brake push rod; the oil can is communicated with an oil inlet of the hydraulic pump through a pipeline, and an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is communicated with the brake wheel disc hydraulic cylinder through a pipeline. The mechanism is simple and compact in structure, small in occupied space and convenient to operate, movement of the brake push rod is achieved through the gear rack transmission device by means of the output shaft of the wheel disc motor, the hydraulic pump is coupled with the brake push rod through the gear rack transmission device, and the integration level is high.
本发明公开了一种无人车辆用高集成度线控制动建压机构,包括制动踏板、制动推杆、轮盘电机、液压泵及油壶;所述的制动踏板安装在制动推杆的一端,制动推杆的另一端与回力弹簧的一端连接,回力弹簧的另一端安装在弹簧座上;所述的轮盘电机的输出轴上设有齿轮I,齿轮I与制动推杆上的齿条I啮合;所述的液压泵的转轴上设有齿轮Ⅱ,齿轮Ⅱ与制动推杆上的齿条Ⅱ啮合;所述的油壶通过管道与液压泵的进油口连通,所述的液压泵的出油口通过管道与制动轮盘液压缸连通。本发明结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,操作方便,而且本发明将轮盘电机的输出轴通过齿轮齿条传动装置实现制动推杆的移动,液压泵也通过齿轮齿条传动装置实现与制动推杆的耦合,集成度高。
