The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, particularly to a vehicle power take-off system and a power take-off and calibration method thereof. The power take-off device comprises apower take-off control module, a driving mechanism, a power take-off clutch, a gearbox and a power take-off device, wherein the control signal output end of the power take-off control module is electrically connected with the control signal input end of the driving mechanism, the gearbox and the power take-off device are connected with the input end and the output end of the power take-off clutchrespectively, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the power take-off clutch to couple the power take-off device to the output end of the gearbox or separate the power take-off device from the output end of the gearbox. According to the invention, the power take-off control module serves as a control core, and the driving mechanism is controlled to drive coupling of the power take-off clutch, so that one-key operation automatic power take-off control is achieved, and operation steps are simplified.
