The invention relates to a high-speed traffic accident supervision method and system based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps: obtaining traffic image information through unmanned aerial vehicle nodes, carrying out the preprocessing of the image information, and obtaining traffic flow data; obtaining traffic flow density according to the traffic flow data, calculating traffic flow congestion information and a congestion type, determining a congestion state in the congestion area according to the traffic flow congestion information, andgenerating a processing mode; obtaining the standby state of the unmanned aerial vehicle in a nearby area according to the processing mode, determining that the unmanned aerial vehicle enters the congestion area, adjusting the unmanned aerial vehicle to perform a reservation attitude, performing real-time aerial photography, and performing sudden event judgment to obtain result information; judging whether traffic accidents and casualties exist or not according to the result information; if so, transmitting to the platform through the unmanned aerial vehicle nodes; and using the platform to analyze and obtain information of nearby hospitals, and carrying out real-time transmission and online interconnection on traffic accident conditions and the hospitals through aerial pictures of the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种基于无人机的高速交通事故监管方法、系统及可读存储介质,包括:通过无人机节点获取交通图像信息,将图像信息进行预处理,得到交通流数据;根据交通流数据获取车流密度,计算车流拥堵信息及拥堵类型,根据车流拥堵信息确定拥堵区域内的拥堵状态,生成处理方式;根据处理方式获取附近区域无人机待机状态,并确定无人机进入拥堵区域,调整无人机进行预订姿态,进行实时航拍,并进行突发性事件的判别,得到结果信息;根据结果信息,判定是否有交通事故及人员伤亡;若有,则通过无人机节点传输至平台;平台分析得到附近医院信息,并将交通事故情况通过无人机航拍画面与医院进行实时传输及线上互连。
