The drilling robot for the mine comprises a mounting frame, a camera, a moving unit, a drilling unit, first speed reducing motors, a cylindrical gear, a driving shaft, bearings, a driven shaft and a swing arm, and is characterized in that the camera is fixed above the mounting frame, every four of the eight bearings are embedded into the two sides of the mounting frame respectively, the two first speed reducing motors are fixed behind the mounting frame, the driving shaft penetrates through one ends of the bearings to be inserted into the first speed reducing motors, the cylindrical gear is sleeved with the driving shaft, the driven shaft penetrates through the bearings, close to the outer sides, of the two sides of the mounting frame, the upper portion of the swing arm is provided with the driven shaft in a sleeving mode and meshes with the cylindrical gear, the lower portion is connected with moving units, and the drilling unit is mounted in front of the mounting frame. According to the drilling robot for the mine, adjustment of the angles of the two moving units is realized through the two first speed reducing motors, the robot can advance on a complex road surface terrain through the moving units; and multi-degree-of-freedom drilling is achieved through the drilling unit, the maneuvering performance and obstacle crossing capacity of the robot are enhanced, and the drilling flexibility is improved.
本发明提供一种矿井钻探机器人,包括安装架、摄像机、移动单元、钻探单元、第一减速电机、圆柱齿轮、主动轴、轴承、从动轴、摆臂,其特征在于:所述的摄像机固定在安装架的上方,八个轴承每四个分别嵌入安装架的两侧,两个第一减速电机固定在安装架的后方,主动轴穿过轴承一端插入第一减速电机,圆柱齿轮套入主动轴中,从动轴穿入安装架两侧较外面的轴承中,摆臂的上方套入从动轴并与圆柱齿轮啮合,下方与移动单元连接,钻探单元安装在安装架的前方;本发明通过两个第一减速电机实现调整两个移动单元的角度,其移动单元可以使机器人在复杂的路面地形上行进,通过钻探单元实现多自由度的钻探,增强了其机动性能和越障能力,提高了钻探的灵活性。
