The test device structurally comprises an upper-layer building connecting plate, a profile frame, a first servo electric cylinder, a guide sliding block supporting structure, a middle transition connecting plate, a second servo electric cylinder, a supporting shaft, a swing connecting assembly and a to-be-tested pod equipment connecting plate from top to bottom in sequence. The second servo electric cylinder is connected with the middle transition connecting plate and the to-be-tested pod equipment connecting plate through two swing connecting assemblies. The device has the characteristics of compact structure, high bearing capacity, high precision, fast dynamic response, low control cost and the like, and can meet the requirements of bumping and shaking caused by heaving, swinging and shaking caused by rolling or pitching, compound vibration response of the two and the like in laboratory simulation; and the device is suitable for carrying out dynamic tests of vibration response and the like of motion parameters of medical pod equipment under the corresponding marine 3-8-level sea condition test conditions during ship long-term voyage, and technical research and comprehensive evaluation can be conveniently carried out on upgrading and improving product quality.
