The invention discloses a loading device and method for simulating an aerodynamic load of a special-shaped cabin section. The loading device comprises a bearing base, a workpiece clamping structure and a simulated aerodynamic load loading mechanism, wherein the simulated aerodynamic load loading mechanism comprises an upper pressing plate, a pull rod and a connecting rod transmission mechanism; the connecting rod transmission mechanism comprises a pneumatic load simulation pressing plate, a connecting rod support and a triangular connecting rod; under the action of rotation power provided by the force application part, the pull rod drives the upper pressing plate, the workpiece clamping structure, the workpiece to be tested and the connecting rod transmission mechanism to move downwards together. At the moment, under the pushing of the counter-acting force of the bearing base on the corner position C of the triangular connecting rod, the pneumatic load simulation pressing plate is driven to translate towards the to-be-tested workpiece, so that a simulated pneumatic load is applied to the surface of the to-be-tested workpiece through the pressing point. Compared with the traditional loading mode, the loading device for simulating the aerodynamic load of the special-shaped cabin section by using the distributed concentrated load has the advantages of simple structure, good equivalent effect, low cost and the like.

    本发明公开了一种模拟异形舱段气动载荷的加载装置及方法。加载装置包括承载基座、工件夹持结构及模拟气动载荷加载机构,模拟气动载荷加载机构包括上压板、拉杆以及连杆传动机构;连杆传动机构包括气动荷载模拟压板、连杆支座以及三角形连杆;在施力部提供的旋转动力作动下,拉杆带着上压板、工件夹持结构、待测工件、连杆传动机构一起向下运动;此时,在承载基座对三角形连杆的角部位置C的反作用力的推动下,带动气动荷载模拟压板朝向待测工件平动,以通过压点在待测工件的表面施加模拟的气动荷载。本发明提供的使用分布集中载荷模拟异形舱段气动载荷的加载装置,相比于传统加载方式具有结构简单、等效效果好、成本低等优点。
