The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to a fuel cell system energy management method and device. The fuel cell system energy management method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a relation model of fuel cell system demand power, whole vehicle demand power and fuel cell hybrid power system hydrogen consumption rate according to efficiency characteristic parameters of a fuel cell system and charge and discharge efficiency, charge state and charge and discharge capacity of a power cell; and S2, according to the relation model, searching a fuel cell system demand power value corresponding to the minimum hydrogen consumption rate of the fuel cell hybrid power system under a certain whole vehicle demand power, and taking the fuel cell system demand power value as the optimal output power of the fuel cell system. By integrating the efficiency of the fuel cell system and the charge and discharge loss of the power cell, the power of the fuel cell system and the power of the power cell are reasonably distributed, the service life of the fuel cell system can be effectively prolonged, and the fuel economy is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种燃料电池系统能量管理方法及装置。本发明提供的燃料电池系统能量管理方法,包括:步骤S1、根据燃料电池系统的效率特性参数以及动力电池的充放电效率、荷电状态、充放电能力,建立燃料电池系统需求功率、整车需求功率以及燃料电池混动系统氢气消耗率的关系模型;步骤S2、根据关系模型,寻找在一定整车需求功率下,燃料电池混动系统氢气消耗率最小时所对应的燃料电池系统需求功率值,作为燃料电池系统最优输出功率。本发明通过综合燃料电池系统效率和动力电池充放电损失,合理分配燃料电池系统功率和动力电池功率,可以有效提高燃料电池系统的使用寿命,大幅度改善燃料经济性。
