The rear auxiliary frame assembly comprises a left casting and a right casting, and a plurality of cross beams are connected between the left casting and the right casting; suspension unilateral structures are assembled on the left casting and the right casting in a mirroring manner; each suspension single-side structure comprises a wheel side system, a control arm system and a sliding column system; the wheel side system includes a rear knuckle assembly having a plurality of cantilever structures connecting the control arm system and the traveler system. According to the description, the suspension system meets the dynamic performance requirements of vehicle handling stability, smoothness and the like, and has reasonable spatial layout. In addition, the invention further provides the electric vehicle, the electric vehicle comprises a vehicle body, and the suspension system is assembled on the vehicle body, so that the electric vehicle has the advantages that the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced, the vibration noise is small, and the riding comfort is remarkably improved while the electric vehicle has high strength.
