The invention relates to a rear suspension system of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises a frame, a power assembly, a bracket assembly, a left bracket rear suspension, a right bracket rear suspension and a cushion assembly, and the bracket assembly comprises a left bracket rear suspension, a right bracket rear suspension and a pocket beam. The right support rear suspension is of a flat-plate-shaped integrated casting forming structure, and the right support rear suspension and the left support rear suspension are symmetrical parts. The bracket assembly is of an integral structure formed by welding a left bracket rear suspension, a right bracket rear suspension and a pocket beam, the left bracket rear suspension and the right bracket rear suspension are connected with a frame through two mounting surfaces, and the structure is designed according to the arrangement space change; reasonable avoidance is carried out on the structure, the limitation of the arrangement space is overcome, and the modal and strength requirements are met; the reliability of the system is ensured, so that the reliability of the whole vehicle is ensured; and the bracket assembly is integrated with the third cross beam of the frame, so that the functions of physical structure integration and function integration are achieved, meanwhile, the function of light weight is achieved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车后悬置系统,该后悬置系统,包括车架、动力总成、托架总成、左支架后悬置、右支架后悬置、软垫总成,托架总成包括左托架后悬置、右托架后悬置和兜梁。右支架后悬置采用平板形状一体铸造成型结构,右支架后悬置与左支架后悬置互为对称件;托架总成为左托架后悬置、右托架后悬置和兜梁焊接整体结构,左托架后悬置和右托架后悬置与车架连接都采用两个安装面,根据布置空间变化设计结构;结构上进行合理避让,即克服了布置空间受限,又满足模态和强度的要求;保证了系统的可靠性,进而保证了整车的可靠性;托架总成集成车架第三横梁,达到物理结构集成和功能集成的作用,同时起到了轻量化的作用,降低了成本。
