The invention relates to a multi-partition elevator path determining method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, the method is applied to a system composed of an industrial personal computer, gate equipment and an elevator controller, and the method comprises the steps that the gate equipment obtains elevator taking request information of visitors and sends the elevator taking request information to the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer inquires an elevator path according to departure floor information and destination floor information in the elevator taking request information and sends the elevator path to gate equipment for a visitor to check; and the elevator controller controls the elevator to send the visitor to the target floor according to the query result of the elevator path. Path information of all departure floors and destination floors can be inquired through the industrial personal computer, when the gate equipment has elevator taking request information, elevator paths, transfer information and the like can be inquired through the industrial personal computer to the gate equipment, and the elevator controller directly sends visitors to the destination floors or the transfer floors; tedious map searching or manual consultation is not needed, the time of visitors is saved, and the elevator taking experience is greatly improved.

    本申请涉及一种多分区电梯路径确定方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,该方法应用于工控机、闸机设备和电梯控制器组成的系统中,包括:闸机设备获取访客的乘梯请求信息,将乘梯请求信息发送至工控机;工控机根据乘梯请求信息中的出发楼层信息和目的楼层信息查询电梯路径,将电梯路径发送至闸机设备供访客查看;电梯控制器根据电梯路径的查询结果控制电梯送访客至目的楼层。本申请通过工控机能查询出所有的出发楼层和目的楼层的路径信息,当闸机设备有乘梯请求信息就可以通过工控机查询电梯路径以及换乘信息等至闸机设备,电梯控制器直接送访客到目的楼层或者换乘楼层,不需要通过繁琐的查找地图或人工咨询,节约了访客时间,大大提升了乘梯体验。
