The invention discloses an anti-rotation guide mechanism in an electronic booster. The device is mainly composed of a front shell, a rear shell, an anti-rotation frame assembly, a screw rod, a gear assembly and other parts. The front shell and the rear shell are combined to form a relatively closed cavity; a fixed gear assembly is installed on the inner end face of the rear shell, the gear assembly is provided with a threaded hole, a screw rod is installed in the threaded hole of the gear assembly in a sleeved mode to form a thread pair, and the screw rod is installed in the cavity through an anti-rotating frame assembly, so that the screw rod can only move axially and cannot rotate. The anti-rotation frame is compact in structure and high in strength, no assembly gap exists between the anti-rotation frame and the lining, impact and noise generated by the gap are prevented, the whole anti-rotation frame can bear higher torque, the fatigue life of the assembly is prolonged, installation is convenient, and noise is low during sliding.

    本发明公开了一种电子助力器内部防转导向机构。主要由前壳体、后壳体、防转架组件、螺杆、齿轮组件等零件构成;前壳体和后壳体合装后形成一个相对封闭的腔体;后壳体内端面安装有固定齿轮组件,齿轮组件带螺纹孔,螺杆套装在齿轮组件螺纹孔中组成螺纹副,螺杆通过防转架组件安装于腔体内,使得螺杆仅可轴向移动、无法旋转。本发明结构紧凑、强度高,防转架和衬套之间不存在装配间隙,防止了因间隙产生的冲击和噪音,整体能承受更高的扭矩,延长总成疲劳寿命,安装方便且滑动时噪音较小。
