The invention discloses a foot mechanism and a robot, and relates to the technical field of robots. The foot mechanism comprises a main framework, a first foot sole part, a second foot sole part, a flexible foot plate and an elastic piece. The main framework is used for being connected with legs of the robot. The first sole part and the second sole part are rotationally connected with the main framework, the first sole part is provided with a first connecting part, the second sole part and the first sole part are located on the two opposite sides of the main framework, and the second sole part is provided with a second connecting part. The flexible foot plate is connected with the first sole part and the second sole part and located at the bottoms of the first sole part and the second sole part. One end of the elastic piece is connected with the first connecting part, and the other end is connected with the second connecting part. According to the foot mechanism, the impact force and vibration generated when the foot mechanism falls to the ground in the walking, running and jumping processes of the robot are reduced, the impact force generated in the walking process can be well absorbed, and the overall service life of the robot is prolonged.
